16g ground coffee
250ml water - 86°C
Extraction Time should be 1 minute 30 seconds
Place an Aeropress filter paper into the filter cap and rinse with hot water.
Place the chamber upside down on top of the plunger so that the numbers are upside down.
Add the ground coffee then pour 250ml of hot water evenly over the grounds. The water should come to the number 4 on the Aeropress.
Using the stirrer, mix the grounds and water.
After 1 minute flip the Aeropress, placing onto a cup and gently plunge.
