Cafetiere / French Press

15g ground coffee
240ml water - 93°C 
Extraction time should be 2 minutes 30 seconds - 3 minutes 30 seconds
 
METHOD // 
Pour 30ml of water onto the ground coffee.
Stir lightly and wait for 20-30 seconds. 
Pour the remaining 210ml of water and stir to mix all the coffee grounds.
Tip: use a long spoon to reach the bottom of the cafetiere
After 1 minute skim the foam and ground coffee from the top. 
Plunge the coffee and enjoy.
