18g ground coffee
320ml water - 93°C
Total extraction time should be 2 minutes 45 seconds
Place the filter paper into the Kalita Wave filter and wet.
Add the ground coffee to the filter and pour 40ml of hot water and leave for 40 seconds.
Slowly pour 140ml over the grounds leaving for 1 minute 20 seconds to let the coffee extract. Pour another 70ml over the grounds, followed by a further 70ml 20 seconds later.
The extraction should take 2 minutes 45 seconds.
