16g ground coffee
90ml water - 70°C
Extraction Time should be 3 minutes
Pour 90ml into the bottom chamber of the Mokapot and screw on the funnel section.
Add 16g of ground coffee to the funnel and level, but don't tamp the grounds.
Screw the Mokapot's spout tightly onto the top and place on a medium heat
Once extraction begins (a gurgling sound), remove from the heat and leave to let the coffee flow into the top chamber.
Be careful as the Mokapot will be hot.
