20g ground coffee
420ml water - 93°C
Extraction Time should be 2 minutes 30 seconds
Place the V60 paper into the filter and wet.
Add the ground coffee to the filter and pour 60ml of hot water. This should take 10 seconds. Wait for 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom.
Slowly pour 140ml over the grounds which should take another 20 seconds.
Once the water has almost drained through add the remaining 120ml of water and wait until it is finished.
If it takes longer than 3 minutes, remove the filter and coffee grounds so it doesn't over-extract.
